You have many, many choices for your birth and the attached doc are suggestions of the choices you have - what you choose to keep in or remove is entirely your choice.

Make 3 copies - 1 for your medical notes, 1 for the birth bag and 1 to go in your birth partner’s pocket to move over to their scrubs in theatre.
