This is perfect if you’re after some extra support during pregnancy but for whatever reason are not able to commit to a full course but you’re just need a bit guidance. I can completely tailor the session to your specific areas of concern, in a completely safe, non-judgemental space.

As part of The Birth Uprising Teacher group I have access to an abundance of experienced midwives, doulas and hypnobirthing teachers - it’s a real “hive mind”. Between us there really isn’t much we don’t know about all things birth.
